Copper Plate Etching of Old Looe

 

The following is a photo of a copper plate etching of the Old Looe Bridge. Linda Collins sent it to us and asked if any light can be thrown on it.  Age and the Cornish artist  (looks like Mabel Olive Parker, or it could be Olive Parkes) are of especially of interest.  The work turned up in Hampshire at a car boot sale!  Can anyone enlighten us?
