We have 9  meetings per year (not including our many in the summer).. The  meetings are held at St Martin's Church Hall every second Saturday of the month Jan - May and Sept - Dec.  The December meeting is usually a Christmas function of some sort. All the talks in the programme  relate to Cornwall in some form or other.

Normally a meeting is made up of about half an hour (maximum) of business. This business relates to what has happened over the last month, any correspondence, and reports by committee members (where relevant). Often there is a query from someone about Looe (maybe through the web site) and members are asked for any related information. This often takes on an interesting discussion about local matters.

The speaker then makes his/her presentation which is normally about an hour, including questions.

We then have a raffle and that is followed by tea/coffee and biscuits and general chatting. The meeting starts at 2.30 and after refreshments normally finishes about 4.15 - 4.30.

Our membership Sect is Elisabeth Hall and you can e-mail her or phone her on 01503 264001.
Our annual membership fee is £7.00.

There is an Associate Membership for those who  live outside Looe but wish to keep in touch.  This Associate membership is £3.00pa. Please let me know if you want any other information.
